At Network Access we are serious about delivering consistent and optimal results for our clients using a process based methodology. The process driven methodology we utilize is a simplified approach that we have developed internally through years of research and experience called Service Delivery Process Model (SDPM). This model is rooted from ideas and principles from well known international standards such as ITIL and COBIT.
SDPM tracks all aspects of a project from start to finish. By employing this process, we systematically identify both the business and technical aspects in order to ensure consistent and desired results while minimizing errors.
