We are currently seeking a Senior Solutions Architect whose primary job function will be to recommend, design, install, and maintain the suite of total information technology services and solutions that Network Access offers. This position requires the successful candidate to work both on-site with clients and work closely with internal teams to design systems to suit our clients’ strategic needs.

Senior Solutions Architect responsibilities:

  • INSTILL A HIGH LEVEL OF CLIENT CONFIDENCE BY PROVIDING AN EXCEPTIONAL LEVEL OF TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE RELATING TO THE TECHNOLOGIES AND SERVICES THAT NETWORK ACCESS OFFERS
  • Provide pre and post sales design and implementation services for clients in billable and non-billable engagements
  • Manage and monitor remote client servers and systems
  • Support sales team members as a technical resource and assist with proposal/SOW development
  • Candidate will be accountable and responsible for working on mission critical business applications operating in 24/7/365 data center environments
  • Provide support to current and potential customers in a friendly and professional manner

Minimum job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in information systems analysis, design, development, testing and/or implementation

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
(Do not feel compelled to know all bulleted items however; experience, technical acumen and excellent communication skills are critical.)

  • Microsoft Active Directory migration and management
  • Microsoft Exchange migration and management
  • Other Microsoft services (DNS, DHCP, IIS, WSUS, Terminal Services, etc)
  • Network software deployments to client side desktops
  • SAN and NAS experience (EMC / NetApps)
  • Virtual server environments (VMWare, Citrix and Microsoft)
  • Physical-to-Virtual (P2V) Migrations
  • General understanding of PowerShell and VBS scripting
  • MCITP certification a plus
  • Cisco switching and routing certifications experience a plus
    - Linux experience a plus
    - Project Management experience a plus
