Junior Solutions Architect and Client Success Advocate:

Summary of Position: The Junior Solutions Architect provides technological assistance to the Senior Solutions Architect team, and contributes to client engagements.

We are seeking an Entry Level or Junior Systems Engineer with a desire to learn, succeed and progress in the networking, security, and application delivery spaces of the Information Technology industry.

The essence of this position is to provide critical assistance to our Senior Solutions Architect team. The Junior Solutions Architect will make significant contributions to client engagements, as well as to enterprise-level practices being implemented by Network Access.

Operating as Junior Solutions Architect can represent the beginning of a meaningful and forward-looking career. The opportunity for entry-level staff to advance within our organization to other mission critical roles such as Senior Solutions Architect or Practice Leader is an important growth strategy for our organization.

To succeed in this position you must be willing to invest at least 50 hours per week.

Success Factor Snapshot

• Become skilled on at least two key products that we support and provide billable installation services within the first 90 days; and attain certification goals prescribed by the team leader within the first 180 days (25% of position)

• Maintain 99% client satisfaction rate with our client base for any type of trouble call or inquiry. This will entail being able to immediately provide managed services level one help desk support for our managed services clients (15% of position)

• Provide support to Senior Solutions Architects to solve client problems, often under time pressure, both from Network Access headquarters and at the client locations (25% of position)

• Immediately provide internal support including assisting the sales team with presales activity and other important tasks such as assisting with inventory of hardware assets, and our internal employee network (20% of position)
Learn all key processes of time tracking, billing, support renewals and client network documentation (15% of position)

Qualifications
We are looking for individuals that have a high desire to learn, succeed and progress in the networking, security, and application delivery spaces of the Information Technology industry. We expect the individual selected for this position will take the initiative to develop themselves professionally, and attain business-critical certifications.

All applicants must have knowledge of, and some practical experience with configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of:

Routing and switching
Firewall technologies
Internet connectivity

Applicants must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, revenue-generating environment, and must be detail-oriented. As a member of a team, applicants must also have excellent interpersonal as well as client-facing skills, and the ability to adapt work habits to a specified methodology and corporate culture.
