Account Executive – IT Managed Services/Consulting
The Account Executive will be responsible to identify and capture key opportunities and use a systematic approach to growing the accounts. This position is about growth and we are looking for outstanding employees who want a long-term opportunity. The Account Executive will be responsible for the full sales cycle (prospecting/cold calling, qualifying, negotiation, closing, etc.) of Network Access Managed Services Solutions. Sales activity will be carried out via telephone, email and in Person. Sales Representatives must be able to develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers. Create and implement account strategy. Recognize customer business problems and drive/influence resources to address opportunities. Maintain current revenue and focus on identifying new opportunities to increase market share and revenue growth. The position is based in the Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania area.
Essential Responsibilities:
Penetrate and cultivate prospective clients in territory
Deliver Network Access’s value proposition
Meet and exceed daily & monthly sales call quota
Receive and answer prospective customers’ sales inquiries
Qualify leads by explaining types of service and products offered
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree preferred
Minimum four years of successful solution selling experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum two years technical sales experience preferred.
Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement, driving new sales and meeting and exceeding sales calls quotas.
Understanding of the Managed Services Space a plus.
Successful candidates will have experience in managing full sales cycles
Strong prospecting, cold-calling skills, and closing
Accurate forecasting skills
Extensive knowledge of the small and medium business market a plus.
Experience in network and system management software preferred
Entrepreneurial background a plus.
Possess strong planning, organizational, and attention to detail skills
Solution selling experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement, driving new sales and meeting and exceeding sales calls quotas.
Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voice mail, MS Office Suite)Self-Motivated, Energetic, Determination for Success
Excellent electronic correspondence skills, with knowledge in basic business research tools

Solutions Architect responsibilities:
Provide pre and/or post sales consulting, design, implementation and on-going support services for clients.
Manage and monitor remote client servers and systems
Support sales team members as a technical resource and assist with proposal/SOW development
Candidate will be working on mission critical business applications operating in 24/7 data center environments
Provide support to current and potential customers in a friendly and professional manner.
The NetWatchman Customer Support Agent Internship Program is designed to provide qualified students the opportunity to gain valuable, hands on work experience in our NetWatchman Network Operations Center.
The structure and makeup of our Intern Program will provide you with an opportunity to prove your abilities and demonstrate your desire to be successful in an IT career while making meaningful contributions to the company.
Here you will work with seasoned NetWatchman Certified Customer Support Agents to undertake challenging assignments that provide the opportunity for you to learn about the leading advanced technologies while having an intense exposure to an elite process driven approach to delivering services in the field of Information Technology.
Key student benefits and objectives of the NetWatchman Certified Customer Support Agent Internship include:
Gaining a unique perspective of the operations of a growing information technology services company and experience first hand the complete business/technology lifecycle.
Learning basic help desk operations including; basic trouble shooting using network management and monitoring tools, incident management, problem triage, trouble ticketing and escalation procedures in a standards based process driven environment.
