URGENT: In recent news over the weekend, a large Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) vendor has been hit with Ransomware. Not only has this attack affected several MSPs across the globe, but it has also trickled down to their clients.
The purpose of this message is to communicate that Network Access does not use any of the affected software, or any other software suites offered by Kaseya.
We have taken this opportunity triple check that virus definitions are updated, and client networks remain unimpacted and secure.
Additionally, Bitdefender has released the Indicators of Compromise (IoC's) 3/5 IoC's have been within Bitdefender's signature database as soon as May 11th, 2021. Bitdefender is actively scanning for these IoC’s, and none have been alerted within managed client networks.
